We need to make our cities places where people can flourish.
It is no longer good enough to build buildings without thinking in the broadest sense about how that place will really work and how people will feel when they live there.
We believe that places are like complex ecosystems that grow and evolve over time.
To create a successful place requires consistency of vision through the design to the operation and ultimately the experience of people.
And people must be at the heart of any place.
A place ony works if it works for the people who use it.
